Toned by Tai – Terms of Service

Business: AA TBT Coaching, LLC t/a Toned by Tai (“we”, “us”)
Client: You (“you”)

By paying through our Stripe link (or by using our services), you agree to these Terms.
1) Fees and what you’re committing to
- Your payment covers a fixed contract term (Starter or Legacy) shown at checkout.
- You are responsible for paying the full amount for the full term. If you stop early, change your mind, don’t participate, or disappear, you still owe the remaining payments for the rest of the contract term.
2) Deposits are non-refundable
- All deposits are non-refundable, including Starter deposits and Legacy deposits (if applicable).
- This is true even if you decide not to continue.
3) No chargebacks / payment reversals
- You agree not to reverse, cancel, or dispute payments through your bank/card provider as a way to avoid paying.
4) Missed payments
- If a payment is missed, services may be paused/stopped until your account is brought up to date.
- If you have not made arrangements to catch up within 10 days, services will be cancelled and no fees will be refunded.
5) No refunds for results or non-participation
- Results are not guaranteed, and lack of results is not a reason for a refund.
- If you withdraw or choose not to participate, there is no refund.
6) If we end coaching early
- If we end the coaching relationship, you are only responsible for the pro-rata share of services already delivered.
7) Extra fees
- You are responsible for any bank fees (overdraft/NSF/over-limit).
8) Governing law
- These payment terms are governed by the laws of Bermuda.
