After her own transformative journey of weight loss and improved health, Atai discovered a passion for fitness and a vision for helping women over 40.

With a background in tech as a former Project Manager and certifications in Nutrition and Personal Training, she realised traditional coaching often overlooked the crucial behavioural and hormonal aspects of health.

This inspired the creation of Toned by Tai—a holistic coaching program addressing weight loss, health, and lasting change for women navigating life’s unique challenges.

John brings over a decade of coaching experience and advanced training in psychology to help clients achieve sustainable health transformations.

Living with Type 1 Diabetes for over 12 years, he specialises in mindset reprogramming, behaviour coaching, and supporting clients in managing challenges like blood sugar control, weight loss, and hormonal health, empowering lasting change from a place of self-acceptance.
